The first residential handovers (The Great Escape) are Q4 2026, with the full resort opening in Dec 2028.
AIDA is being built in phases. Infrastructure contracts (roads/electricity) were completed in 2024, and phase 1 villas are currently under construction by Al Adrak and Towell Construction.
