Within 30 daysWithin 30 days, sign Sales & Purchase Agreement. Pay additional 10%. Review by lawyer recommended. Digital signing via DocuSign available.
Legal review and contract execution
Construction Payments
Throughout constructionMake milestone-linked payments per your chosen plan (20-30% during construction). All funds held in escrow until milestones verified.
Quarterly payments as per schedule
Handover & Title
Q4 2026 (Phase 1)Snagging inspection, final payment, Ministry registration (3% fee), receive your Mulqiya (title deed). Apply for Golden Visa if eligible.
