The Investment Thesis
AIDA combines a large master plan, an international brand and an 18-hole golf course. The case for buying rests on three points:
Brand and Golf
Trump Golf Oman is the first Trump-branded course in Oman. The brand can draw buyers and renters, but it does not guarantee a resale premium.
Scarcity Value
The 130-metre clifftop setting is hard to repeat. Few developments in Muscat offer anything comparable.
Staged Payments
Off-plan buyers pay in stages during construction. The golf club is due to open in December 2028; dates can move.
